LGBTIQ+ Communities Technical Working Group // Технічна робоча група з питань ЛГБТІК+ спільнот

Робоча група з питань ЛГБТІК+ створена під мандатом Кластера з питань захисту і працює над усуненням прогалин у сфері надання послуг, налагодженням співпраці між зацікавленими сторонами та адвокацією змін у політиці, спрямованих на захист прав і благополуччя ЛГБТІК-спільнот. Зосереджуючись на інклюзивній гуманітарній діяльності, робоча група має на меті сприяти більш справедливому та ефективному гуманітарному реагуванню в Україні.

The LGBTIQ+ Technical Working Group is established under the Protection Cluster umbrella, working to address gaps in service provision, promote collaboration among stakeholders, and advocate for policy changes that safeguard the rights and well-being of LGBTIQ communities. Focusing on inclusiveness in humanitarian action, the group aims to contribute to a more equitable and effective humanitarian response in Ukraine.

This document provides strategic and practical guidance to humanitarian actors in Ukraine on how they can address the needs and priorities of LGBTIQ+ individuals within the context of the ongoing conflict, including in the process of preparation of the Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan 2025. The LGBTIQ+ communities face significant challenges in accessing services, protection, and livelihood opportunities. These barriers are often compounded by societal discrimination, lack of legal recognition, and systemic exclusion from decision-making processes.

Цей документ містить стратегічні та практичні рекомендації для гуманітарних організацій в Україні щодо того, як вони можуть задовольнити потреби та пріоритети ЛГБТІК+ в умовах конфлікту, що триває, в тому числі в процесі підготовки Плану гуманітарних потреб та реагування на 2025 року. ЛГБТІК-спільноти стикаються зі значними проблемами у доступі до послуг, захисту та можливостей отримання засобів до існування. Ці бар'єри часто ускладнюються соціальною дискримінацією, відсутністю юридичного визнання та системним виключенням з процесів прийняття рішень.
