Housing, Land and Property Technical Working Group

The Housing, Land and Property Technical Working Group (HLP TWG) was established in 2015 with the objective to initiate discussions on HLP issues for those affected by the armed conflict. The HLP TWG works to identify key HLP challenges to help ensure that displaced and conflict-affected communities can obtain their HLP rights and to help ensure that cross-cutting HLP considerations are factored into humanitarian shelter interventions.

In Ukraine, the HLP TWG is established as a working group under the umbrella of the Protection Cluster. In its activities, the HLP TWG can provided technical assistance to the Protection, Shelter/NFI, and Coordination and Camp Management Clusters. led by Norwegian Refugee Council and works directly with the Ukraine National Protection Cluster and Shelter Cluster.

The Leadership of the HLP TWG is Norwegian Refugee Council.

Технічна робоча група з питань житла, землі та майна в Україні (ТРГ ЖЗМ) була створена у 2015 році з метою обговорення питань, пов’язаних із житлом, землей та майном людей, що постраждали від збройного конфлікту. ТРГ ЖЗМ в Україні працює над визначенням ключових проблем, пов’язаних з житлом, землею та майном, з якими стикаються переміщені особи та постраждалі від збройного конфлікту в Україні у реалізації своїх майнових прав, та підтримуватиме ініціативи, спрямовані на вирішення зазначених проблем.

В Україні ТРГ ЖЗМ створена як технічна робоча група під егідою Кластеру захисту. У своїй діяльності ТРГ ЖЗМ в Україні може надавати технічну допомогу та координаційну підтримку Кластерам захисту, відновлення житла та надання прихистку/непродовольчої допомоги, координації та управління прихистками.

Керівництво в ТРГ ЖЗМ здійснюється Норвезькою радою у справах біженців.
