Information Management Working Group (IMWG)

The Sudan Information Management Working Group (IMWG) comprises people from UN Agencies and NGOs. The Working Group operates in line with the IASC Operational Guidance on Responsibilities of Cluster/Sector Leads and OCHA in Information Management. The IM Working Group is chaired by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA).

Members of the IMWG meet to discuss:

  1. Better ways and systems to exchange information;
  2. IM capacities and procedures on data sharing;
  3. Standardization and harmonization of datasets;
  4. Assessments coordination.
