Coordinating Effective Service Delivery of Healthcare in Gaza Emergency Response
The Health Service Delivery Technical Working Group (HSD TWG) is a key coordinating body under the Health Cluster in Gaza. We bring together expertise from UN agencies, MoH, INGOs, and NNGOs to ensure efficient and quality healthcare delivery during crises.
Our Mission: To optimize health service delivery for the people of Gaza during emergencies through coordinated planning, implementation, and monitoring of essential healthcare services.
Key Focus Areas:
- To guarantee full coverage and meet the requirements of the people, we conduct gap analyses and service mapping to determine where healthcare is lacking, where resources are, and how to best collaborate with other organizations to fill these gaps.

- We develop and adapt healthcare service packages according to the changing demands and practical realities of the field.
- Ensuring safe and effective healthcare delivery: We work to promote adherence to Quality Standards and Put Monitoring Mechanisms in place. To help with well-informed decision-making and efficient coordination, we offer assistance with information management.
