Cash and Markets Working Group
The overall objective of the CMWG in Libya is to offer a technical platform to promote a coordinated and harmonized implementation of Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) and sectoral cash-based interventions, while enhancing the quality in design and implementation of cash and voucher programmes throughout humanitarian response for Libya.
